Took my 2019 Crosstrek in for routine maintenance on 6/2/22. As always I was greeted warmly this time by Matthew White. He explained the process and I was off to the lounge to wait. The maintenance completed, Matthew went over all the checks they had done, gave me a free car wash and I was on my way in less than 90 minutes.
