Lucas Marler was very helpful at Crown Subaru. I recently had two other vehicles serviced at unrelated dealerships (Nissan & Honda). I was surprised at the empty lot (new & used vehicles) and almo I recently had two other vehicles serviced at unrelated dealerships (Nissan & Honda). I was surprised at the empty lot (new & used vehicles) and almost no vehicles in the service area. Now I understand why. I received numerous follow-up phone calls for more work. In addition, both dealerships charged for diagnostic testing. One dealership charged for multiple tests. I informed them of the issues in advance. I did some research and discovered a number of unethical practices utilized by some dealerships. It was a very expensive lesson and one that will not happen again. In addition, I will never use either of the dealerships again. I truly dislike being taken advantage of. I did not experience the same thing at Crown Subaru. Everyone was courteous and professional. It was a relief when I first arrived to retrieve my auto to see the number of vehicles in service bays. Honesty and ethics are a priority for me as a consumer. Crown Subaru clearly demonstrated both qualities in servicing my vehicle. Thank you. More
