Before purchasing a car through Crown, I looked at tons of cars at lots of other dealerships. It can be scary buying a used car on a lower budget, in many vehicles I found online we're not in the condition of cars at lots of other dealerships. It can be scary buying a used car on a lower budget, in many vehicles I found online we're not in the condition that they appeared to be, once I saw them in person. Before I even saw the Nissan Juke from Crown, Dwayne answered all my questions and sent me a Carfax. The car had just gotten to the dealership, so I actually went and looked at it while it was at the mechanic, which also assured me that it was having a full check, to make sure that any problems were resolved beforehand. On top of that, they offered a 6,000 mile, 6 month Power train warranty at no additional cost! This greatly reduced my fears, because if the most expensive parts of a vehicle were to go out shortly after my purchase, it would be covered. More

We have two Subaru's that we purchased at Crown Subaru. For the past 9 years we have always had the cars serviced and maintained at the dealership with their super helpful group of service advisors. Although never unhappy with any advisor, Matt White and Jonas Vanlandingham have been our the two we interface most often with and are are a cut above any service advisors we have ever had for any make of car, including our previous Mercedes Benz's. On a recent trip my 2017 Outback developed a rare and unusual failure and Jonas Vandlandingham not only helped expedite getting the car repaired to meet my schedule but assisted in having the repair covered by the dealership. Wow, what a great service department and dealership!! More
