Scheduling basic maintenance is next to impossible. No response to online service request. Called — no time slot for basic maintenance any time soon. Why do they advertise Subaru’s “express service…we will get you back on the road fast” but have no intention of actually offering even an oil change without making an appointment 2 weeks out and then with expectation that customer will drop off vehicle or be prepared to wait. It was a pleasure dealing with Ron Kwiatkowski when buying a Nissan Pathfinder that was a gift from my son. He listened when we explained what type of car that I wanted and helped us to find it. Worst service department I have ever experienced. Would recommend going to any Subaru dealership for service from true professional mechanics. Will not even take the time to return a call that was labeled urgent due to a safety issue. Bottom line they are substandard. More
I took my car in to do three things: get my recalls done, change my tires and replace my tire sensor. This was too much to do for this service center. I dropped my car off early in the morning before I went change my tires and replace my tire sensor. This was too much to do for this service center. I dropped my car off early in the morning before I went in to work at my scheduled time and had a family member drop me off at work. When I dropped my car off I requested for them when they had the tires off if they could replace the pressure sensor from the tire I had to replace earlier from an accident. They said no problem... At the end of the day that family member dropped me off at the dealership and I waited for them to let me know that my car was done. That was not the case. The service department gentleman told me they forgot all about my car and that I would have to come back in the next day to pick up my car; they didn't do the recalls nor the tires. Saturday comes around and it was getting close to their closing time and had to call them in order to find out that my car had already been done for a couple of hours. When I went to pick up my car I noticed that the tire pressure sensor light was on. I went back to talk to the second service department gentleman (the first one wasn't working this day) and he said he could do nothing for me and I had to come back in for a third day to talk to the first service department gentleman. On the third day the first service department gentleman was apologetic but told me I had to come in on a fourth day to get that taken care of..... I said I was extremely unhappy at this turn of events and had no choice but to come back in on the fourth day to get my car taken care of. There was an awesome free car wash that was included as a compensation for my troubles....(*Sarcasm*). I am extremely unhappy with the lack of service provided. More
