My husband and I ended up purchasing a Crosstrek from this location. While we love the car, the service was really what sold it! She never made us feel rushed even though she was juggling other people, guided us towards a trim package that fit our needs and was actually slightly less expensive than what we came in to look at. After our test drive while Kiana was helping other clients, Justin Standridge stepped in and helped us get paperwork going as we had decided to purchase. We never felt pressured in any way and everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly. From Kiana to Justin to Jennifer Morgan who handled the loan paperwork the process was seamless and done as quickly as possible which was appreciated on my part as I was 36 weeks pregnant at the time haha. Would not hesitate to suggest Crown Subaru in the future and return to purchase again ourselves! More
