In the 12 years I have been leasing vehicles, I have always leased from Mazda. I have had a 2000 protégé, a 2005 Mazda3 5 door and lastly, a 2009 Mazda6. Before going to NIssan on September 3, 2010, I went to 4 Mazda dealerships, 3 Hyundai dealerships, Kia, Toyota and Honda. Honestly, I did not even consider Nissan because I believed a new Altima would not be in my desired price range for all the features I wanted. Luckily, Rich Matthews works for Crown Nissan in St. Petersburg. After a month of searching for my new car, Rich not only put me into a new Altima with all the features I wanted and more, but he also put my husband into a new Altima, as well! Rich went above and beyond and really worked hard to earn our trust and our business. He filled our tanks on our new Altimas, had our windows tinted and he followed up with us days later to make sure we were comfortable with our new vehicles. He even made sure my Mazda6 was returned to the dealer. I would highly recommend Crown Nissan and Rich Matthews to anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle. Late July, I spoke to Ken Gloger on the phone after reading about 2010 Nissan car leases in a Tampa, Florida Saturday newspaper ad. I was very detailed as to what we were looking for but I mentioned we would not shop for the car until after Aug. 3, 2010 when our son returned to Tampa. Ken took very good notes on my call and gave a follow up call in response to my previous questions. We then set up a meeting at Crown Nissan on August 4th with our son to test drive the cars we had in mind. Ken was a great salesman from beginning to end. We arrived at our scheduled appointment time of 11:00 sharp in the morning at the Crown Nissan dealership in St. Petersburg. Chris in finance was very willing to show us the many senarios we inquired about between leasing and purchasing. We test drove 2 cars. We ended up leasing a Sentra 2010 for 3 years. We inquired on our own about auto insurance rates for our son and I was not happy with the quote. I told Ken we would research at lunch another company. He provided us with a copy of the vin # and the number to the new insurance company, which was our second choice. The deal was able to come together, with the new reasonable insusrance quote. We were not rushed. Our leased car was detailed for drive off, soon after signing. The entire experience was very pleasant and informative. It seems that my first phone call was meant to be as when we introduced ourselves to Ken Gloger, we found out that our sons both went to the same high school in Tampa, and graduated only one year apart. Ken and Chris are both excellent at their jobs and very well versed on all that Nissan has to offer a customer.
