I have been taking my Altima to Crown Service since I purchased it at Crown Nissan and have always had a great experience. I always make my appointments for Saturday as I work late hours. Christine (and everyone else) has always been very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She makes my experience a good one. I use Crown for all of my oil changes and all other services on my Altima and it has been running very well because they take such good care of it. They always do what needs to be done without telling me I need services that are not necessary and I know I can trust them. My mother also uses Crown Nissan Service for her Sentra ever since she purchased it many years ago and it runs very well because of the service she gets at Crown. Rich came and greeted us the moment we got out of the car. He did everything within his power to get me into the car that I wanted. The next morning I contacted Rich and told him I saw a car on the internet, not only did he go to the other crown dealership to get the car, but he made sure that the deal was within the budget. He is very professional, knowledgable, and was absolutely awesome during the entire buying experience!!! The sales manager, Dave Siskin, was extremely friendly and willing to offer me an incentive to buy. Further, the dealership was very accommodating in determining the value of my trade-in, and I was very pleased with the result. Finally, the man who was responsible for the accounting aspect of my transaction was also very efficient and informative. Overall I had a great experience. The staff at Crown Nissan are friendly, informative, able, and personable. They even stayed after hours until almost an hour after closing to complete my purchase thoroughly. More

i hate buying cars because i always feel that i'm being i hate buying cars because i always feel that i'm being taken advantage of. this buying experience was surprisingly pleasant. everything was exp i hate buying cars because i always feel that i'm being taken advantage of. this buying experience was surprisingly pleasant. everything was explained, i was treated with respect, and i felt the whole thing was handled as fairly as it could be. i know the salespersons are under pressure to meet quotas but chris forshaw didn't show that pressure to make a sale. if i had felt pressured with the typical memorized "sales speak" i would have gone elsewhere. all the other salesmen and the owner were also very kind every time i was there. in these trying times, kindness, respect, and good customer service are so important. i found all that at crown nissan. also VERY important to me was the fact that i wasn't pressured to buy a bunch of extras while i was in the finance office. i will tell everyone that this is a good place to buy a car.
