Rich came and greeted us the moment we got out of the car. He did everything within his power to get me into the car that I wanted. The next morning I contacted Rich and told him I saw a car on the internet, not only did he go to the other crown dealership to get the car, but he made sure that the deal was within the budget. He is very professional, knowledgable, and was absolutely awesome during the entire buying experience!!! Finally, the man who was responsible for the accounting aspect of my transaction was also very efficient and informative. Overall I had a great experience. The staff at Crown Nissan are friendly, informative, able, and personable. They even stayed after hours until almost an hour after closing to complete my purchase thoroughly. More

I had my vehicle towed to Crown Nissan and was told that I needed an engine due to the fact that the quick oil change place I took my vehicle to left my drain plug loose. Chuck kept me well informed and also got me a rental and stayed after hours to do so. He went above and beyond just to keep us happy. The reason we chose to take the care to the quicky oil change place is because we thought it was cheaper. After breaking down on the Howard Franklin bridge in rush hour traffic and running our engine out of oil due to drain plug being left loose we found out the the oil changes at crown are like $6 cheaper than the quicky places lol. I guess we know now where we will be going to get everything done More
