I have had my Altima serviced by Crown, where I purchased the car, by Christine Smith, since I purchased the car in 2009. She is completely dependable and honest and has given me the best possible deal. My recent visit was to replace 4 tires that only had 11,000 miles on them, but had dry rot from the Florida sun. I shopped for a better price on the tires, and Christine did negotiate and got me a slightly better price on the tires. Rudy, the mechanic who worked on my Altima was a delight to speak to and explained the dry rot to me and showed me how the sidewalls of the tires were affected. They also replaced two tire sensors that were covered under my extended warranty. I would strongly recommend Crown Nissan for service as well as purchase. More
