Great service by Crown and Chuck Went for an oil change and Chuck recommended tire rotation. I knew I needed to and he had a coupon for it to save me some money. They found out my battery was weak and replaced it under warranty. Sure beats being stranded. Nissan Service Had an appointment to get our 2005 Pathfinder serviced, and had talked to Christine Smith about what was needed prior to making an appointment. Last t Had an appointment to get our 2005 Pathfinder serviced, and had talked to Christine Smith about what was needed prior to making an appointment. Last time serviced, I was told it would need tires soon--not because of too much wear, but age and cracking found in between treads. The vehicle is 9 years old with only 34,000 miles and change and the tires were the original tires. I was able to get a great deal on tires and had a coupon for Free 4 wheel alignment with purchase of 4 tires. So that was a blessing. Got a Premium oil change as needed and they even washed and vacuumed the vehicle. That is great customer service. And Christine was wonderful in working with me for a good deal on all. I know the dealer has to make a profit or they would not be in buissiness--but to work with customers to get a good deal and still make a proffit--we all are pleased. I have been using Crown Nissan in St. Pete for many years with many different vehicles. Thanks More

There was no pushiness, no bait and switch, no sales pressure from anyone and each guy that worked with us through the buying phase - Dave Ski, Scott Venema and Jovo, were very professional, polite and went out of their way to keep us informed each step of the way as we worked with the banks, lenders and all the other people involved in the car buying process. Whatever questions or concerns we had - they were met with honest, clear and concise answers and each person we worked with made us feel incredible comfortable being there. I cannot overstate this enough - these guys were awesome to work with and they have secured our car buying loyalty for years to come.
