Service representative Robert Reynolds coordinated my service appointment in a professional and respectful manner, outlining Nissan's recommended service for my vehicle (at 91,000 km) without a high pressure 'sell-up' pitch. Finally a brand new car!!!! After one week I'm absolutely loving my new Sentra. I just happened to stop by crown looking for a used car but Dave G showed me the way and the benef After one week I'm absolutely loving my new Sentra. I just happened to stop by crown looking for a used car but Dave G showed me the way and the benefits of getting a new car. Crown also helped me to get the perfect loan at a better interest rate than I thought. Dave was extremely knowledgeable and took very good care of me and my needs that day as well as the next few days after my purchase as I took care of a few extra odds and ends. Everyone was always kind, courteous and offered assistance each day that I stopped by from sales to finance to the service department. Christine Smith had been Super Woman of customer service even when she was not the tech to check us in. So we purchased our 2nd Nissan in 2009 and we are still getting great customer service from Christine in the service dept. on both of our cars. We just had both cars detailed and services this month and there were a few mistakes but Christine fixed everything and we left with a smile and our cars in great shape and looking good. Can not go wrong with Crown Nissan here in St. Petersburg, Florida! More
