He replied promptly after my initial email and followed up with me (without pressure, I might add) during the course of the next few weeks. Ultimately, his dealership did not have the vehicle that I was looking for, but he did his best to locate one. At the end of the day, I ended up buying my truck from another dealer. Jason was very professional, and he just sounded like a guy I could trust. I was willing to drive 1.5 hours to do business with him. There were no games; just straight forward answers. I really appreciate that. I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call on my next vehicle. Regards, David More

We made an appointment with Crown Ni Recently my family traveled to Madiera Beach on your vacation. On the way down, our Rogue started losing power. We made an appointment with Crown Nissan to have it checked out and discovered that our alternator and our transmission were bad and needed to be replaced. Both were covered by our warranty and we started the process to have our car repaired. Then we ran into the wait on the warranty people to do their thing game. Our warranty could get us a used transmission to Crown in the middle of the following week. It looked like we were going to have to rent a car to go home and then fly back and get our car the following week. That's when Robert Zoffer went to bat for us. He was able to get a Nissan rebuilt transmission for us and promised that they would have the car ready to go the following morning in time for us to travel back with the rest of our family. This meant that our car would require work even after the service department closed that evening. Needless to say, I arrived at Crown the following morning and found my car washed and ready to go. Rob Zoffer and the service department at Crown helped put a happy ending to our vacation. If I lived in the St. Petersburg area, Crown Nissan would have all of my business. From the very onset my sales person, Jordan Hughes was attentive to my needs. He was always service oriented, personable and knowledgeable, setting up an extended test drive and searching for a Frontier for me. Although I didn't purchase at this time (due to minimal availability of a 2016 model), I will be looking at the 2017 Frontier, and I will return to Crown in an attempt to complete my purchase, using Jordan as my sales person. Very dissatisfied with customer service! I have to say our first few impression of this dealership startd out really good. We happened to be passing by on a Sunday not realizing they were ope I have to say our first few impression of this dealership startd out really good. We happened to be passing by on a Sunday not realizing they were opened. We stopped just to look at the new murano. We were greeted by surprising by a very nice young girl. Very kind very professional. Offered us a look at the new murano inside where it was much more comfortable. We talked a few minutes about our trade and some numbers. I have to say they all worked very fast which was very impressive since buying a car is usually my worst nightmare! It's usually a long drawn out all day affair ! It was overall good experience until we were promised a call back the next day to let us know what the final numbers would be. Since we had a pretty good idea that it might a bit to soon to get out of our lease we still expected some type of follow up the next day! I have been in sales over 35 years and to this day I would always follow up with my customers or clients whether the outcome is good or bad! They way I look at it is if I can't help this client it customer today I might be able to help them in the future! I'm a very successful sales women to this day because I follow up with my clients and leave a good memorial impression with them ! That's what makes them remember me! Once again if I can't help them today I might be able to later! They will also refer friends or family to me! I have our sales girl the benefit of contacting me the next day once I didn't hear back I decided to call her and follow up. Although I didn't feel like I should since I was the buyer! What made me decide to write this review is that even after leaving her a voicemail I still have not recieved a call back from her ! Once again even if you couldn't sell me a car today you might be able to in a few months !! Right ? Thanks but I'll be going out of my way to go to another Nissan dealer! More
Stranded....not at the drive in..but at the movies! (Grease) My almost one year old Nissan Rogue would not start as I was leaving a movie theater. Everything worked in the car, but would not start and I had an My almost one year old Nissan Rogue would not start as I was leaving a movie theater. Everything worked in the car, but would not start and I had an error saying "headlight warning error" And indeed the only thing not working was the headlights. Car would not take a jump, so not the battery. Crown Nissan came to my rescue, AT NO CHARGE, towed me in, and the tech, Dan, waiting for me even though it was past time for him to go home. He wanted to be sure I got there, got in a good loaner car, and took care of me personally. I did wait a bit for the tow, but that is out of Nissan's control, so please people out there, don't give your dealership a hard time over that! Feel blessed they are helping you out. Anyway, they had not seen this problem before but it was "integrated power distribution module" ..who knew! And I guess it is quite rare, but they are taking care of me, my car, the loaner, no charge. Great customer service and they make you feel like you are their only client. So happy to find them since I just moved to St. Pete a year ago and needed someone HONEST, and fair. Thanks Crown for being my Knights in shining armor. Dan is not listed under service techs as he is new, please recognize him. And Greg as well. :) More
