Got us out of a jam. We came to St. Pete from Fort Pierce to attend a wedding. On our way back to the Motel our Nissan Quest had a battery fail light. The next morning we We came to St. Pete from Fort Pierce to attend a wedding. On our way back to the Motel our Nissan Quest had a battery fail light. The next morning we met Robert who took us in and fixed our car with a new alternator. We were really stressed out as we had our dogs at home and only planned to be away overnight. Great folks I have bought from and used Crown Nissan for my last 4 cars/SUVs. Christine Smith has been my service tech for several years. She always keeps me informed and returns my calls promptly. She is a great asset for both me and Crown. Also, John Einstein in parts has done a great job working with me on my Juke Studio package. Pleasure to deal with Like most, I dread dealing with car salesmen and their "tactics". I was pleasantly surprised to work with Jason J. and not have to deal with the high pressure you normally receive. He provided the requested info in a timely fashion and provided a clear and detailed explanation of the pricing. No tricks or run around. The pricing was also accurate. He didn't use the bait and switch tactics used by other dealerships. The price he gave me was the actual price for the car I wanted. No surprises. Jason is very pleasant to deal with.
