I really could not be happier with the purchase. I am a long time customer, who bought a pickup Frontier from Crown Nissan back in 07, 13 years and 200k with Crown Nissan doing all the service. But alas one vehicle accident latter the pickup's safety features all fire off and I walk away, bruised but not injured a true testament to the Nissan Frontier Pickups. It was time for a new ride, there are reasons I keep coming back here for my service, purchase and great product. All in all a Professional shop. More

Repair for sealing screen/vapor barrier recall Took my car in for a recall on the sealing screen/vapor barrier which can let the doors come open while driving down the road. Now the drivers side Took my car in for a recall on the sealing screen/vapor barrier which can let the doors come open while driving down the road. Now the drivers side back door will not open AT ALL. Now I have take it back in again. Ironic the repair was so the door would not accidentally come open driving down the road. This tells me that no one did a QC check after the work was done before returning the car. More

Tim M was excellent in the service dept. I explained to him how I had been furloughed for 2 months, and he gave me reasonable time frames to expect the service to be due. I was hesitant to bring my car him how I had been furloughed for 2 months, and he gave me reasonable time frames to expect the service to be due. I was hesitant to bring my car in for the repair it needed, but Tim M was empathetic and realistic with me.... He didn't try to pressure me into anything.
