I was so impressed I went to the dealership, spoke to him in person and was able to test drive the vehicle I picked out. He patiently explained our options and went out of his way to make sure we were completely comfortable with our decision on repairs. He didn't try to sell us unnecessary services so we could prioritize our spending, which has been very worrisome during the virus shut down. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or Crown Nissan's service department to anyone, and I will certainly return to them after this wonderful experience. More
