Had to bring my car in for an unplanned tire patch. I was scheduled a few weeks later for routine service / maintenance and Shen Saguisi paid attention to that upcoming appointment. He asked if I would like to take care of the tire, routine service and recall maintenance all at the same time, with the convenience of a loaner car.
