Excellent service from the dealer and with representative, Dave Koehler. Dave was fast and efficient, and even offered a loaner car, which I accepted. The loaner was a new GLC 300 like my 20 representative, Dave Koehler. Dave was fast and efficient, and even offered a loaner car, which I accepted. The loaner was a new GLC 300 like my 2018 GLC 300. Loaner was very clean and was much appreciated. Dave called me at the time he said he would call to let me know my car was ready. They even washed my car, which I did not expect. More
