I had had it up to here with my GM vehicle. I was about to sign, and my father told me to look up Mr. Richard Norman at Crown Eurocars. It was the best move I've made since I've been purchasing cars. I am a new physician and I really wanted to step up my game a bit, but wanted to be reasonable with my existing student loan debts. Richard was fair, patient, direct and really helped me choose a vehicle that was PERFECT for me. He had me get in and out vehicles that I had preselected based on style and price. He had me PEGGED - Black with Black leather interior, sunroof, low miles and full bumper to bumper warranty for my own peace of mind (still traumatized by my old pontiac!). I am still smiling and have gotten multiple compliments on my purchase. Richard been reachable by phone for my weekly questions, and is never annoyed that I just dont have the time to sit and read the manual (laugh). They are good people over there and treat me with patience and respect. Craig worked hard with me and did lots of paper shuffling to get all the proper documents in place.
