I have bought 2 vehicles from Crowne Mercedes and purchased both cars from Mike Gale. I had visited the other Mercedes dealership in Columbus (Germain Mercedes) and was treated poorly. Mike is the purchased both cars from Mike Gale. I had visited the other Mercedes dealership in Columbus (Germain Mercedes) and was treated poorly. What a pleasure it is to deal with Crown Mercedes of Dublin! My sales representaive, Michael Gale walked me through each and every step of turning in my leased car, searching for and finding just the ri Dublin! My sales representaive, Michael Gale walked me through each and every step of turning in my leased car, searching for and finding just the right replacement for just the right price, and causing prompt delivery. Phone inquiries were answered promptly and courteously. Mike even phoned to inform me of the transport ship carrying the car, and updated me of its entry into port and approximate time to reach the dealership. Immediately on its arrival he arranged an appointment with me to inspect the car, and complete the transfer. He explained (and where new) demonstrated each option to give me hands on experience before driving and even paired my Blackberry with the Mercedes Bluetooth program. The finance manager, Craig, sailed me through the documents. Vice President and General Sales Manager, John Karasarides was welcoming and helpful. Todd Johnson And Seth Kinnard of Service graciously and quickly arranged for the car to be detailed, while Mike arranged a loaner car. I have dealt with this dealership for approximately ten years. I thought I was getting decent service from the other Mercedes dealer in town (Germain at Easton) until I had an emergency that was closer to Crown in Dublin. I hit a 2x4 while driving that caused a blo Mercedes dealer in town (Germain at Easton) until I had an emergency that was closer to Crown in Dublin. I hit a 2x4 while driving that caused a blow out. I called their service department which answered immediately, and told them of my issue. They had a service person out to my car, no joke, 6 minutes after I hung up with them. He quickly and politely installed my spare wheel and had me follow him to their service department. When I got there, they had all the paperwork with my name and correct address ready to sign....I had never even been their before! About 25 minutes later, I was driving away in my freshly washed car with new tire installed. I was amazed the fact that they even had the tire in stock since I have a non Mercedes approved tire on my car. Curious to this, I called the roadside technician on his cell phone later that evening (he had given me his phone number for future issues). Turns out that he noticed the tire I had was definitely not one they carried so on the way back to the dealership he phoned ahead to a contact at a tire store nearby that had my tire in stock. Apparently they sent another employee to this tire store to get a tire for me and had it back at their service department by the time we arrived. I would never have guessed a dealership would do something like this! Another thing that amazed me was the price they charged me was actually less than I paid. Amazing service, super friendly people that have their act together. I will never go back to the other dealer in town now that I have been to Crown. THANK YOU VERY MUCH CROWN MERCEDES! More
