exceeded my expectatons I was not really in the market for a new car but was sent a postcard in the mail about the value of my 20 month old ML350 on a trade. I first threw it away and then thought I would call and get some info. After a few calls, Andrew Ruck made me an offer I couldn't refuse on a new model. Honestly, if they can do this deal again I will do it over and over as I had 36,000 miles on my car and upgrading for such a fair price is an excellent value. Andrew was very helpful, professional and not at all high pressure. I am enjoying another new ML. More

During that time we’ve consistently been impressed with each individual at Crown’s commitment to our comfort and trust. Whether it’s accommodating unusual scheduling for routine maintenance or handling a special request on a new order, we always feel as if we’re being taken care of by professionals that understand our needs. In October of 2010, my wife’s beloved C55 was rear-ended and totaled. Ken was there for her and got her into a new E350, quickly and with no fuss whatsoever. He was amazingly sensitive to the fact that she had lost a car that she really loved and was extremely responsive to her needs. In fact, he did such a fantastic job matching her to her new car that she’s still driving it today. Most recently Ken has been tireless in accommodating my requirements on a new SLK55 order. We’re a little ahead of the public facing marketing material on this one and Ken has gone so far as to call the factory, more than once, to verify my assumptions and answer my questions about the 2016 changes. I’m delighted in the effort he’s made to ensure that the car is exactly what I want and that there are no surprises in the build/delivery process. I honestly can’t imagine a better experience in buying or maintenance then we’ve enjoyed with Crown over these years. I wholeheartedly recommend them and I’m confident that your experience will be equally rich. 5 stars, would do again. More

I recently traded in my old C320 for a new E400 and was delighted once again with how pleasant the whole experience was. About a month after the purchase, I had a small issue with one of the electronic keys, and this was handled quickly, professionally (and painlessly!) by both Stephen and Mike Lyon in Service. Thanks to both for making this problem go away!! More

She hears what I want and always finds the right fit at a price that honestly beats my expectations. She consistently follows-up. And she always makes sure that I leave happy. I have never experienced that level of service and it always impresses me-- and keeps me going back. My husband and I had a Mercedes lease that was ending, and though we wanted nothing more than to get into another Mercedes, the options just weren't right for our growing family. As soon as she realized the options were not going to work this time around, Melisa quickly suggested a Jeep (which was on my list!) and made the deal happen in TWO HOURS!!
