We drove an hour and a half to Crown Mercedes of Dublin directly after her call and fell in love with the car! This is the second car we have purchased from Melisa. We followed her from Germain Mercedes at Easton. Her service is outstanding and we will always buy from Melisa. She is honest, transparent, and fully dedicated to her clients. Melisa's follow through is impeccable. She spent her entire day with us on Monday and even catered to our seven and 10-year-old children to ensure they had a good experience as well. She was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the car and gave us a full tutorial to help us get acquainted with it. We are excited about our new car and we absolutely love working with Melisa!! More

Mike Lyons was the service rep and he did a terrific job - I had an oddball electronic mishap & turned out the battery needed changed, but everything from the call to Mercedes toll free road service, to the look see to re setting the computer & the great car wash they provide as a courtesy was such a pleasure! Best car-buying experience I have had! My wife and I had a great experience working with Dustin Holland at Crown Eurocars. I was a little nervous going into the process since this is the f My wife and I had a great experience working with Dustin Holland at Crown Eurocars. I was a little nervous going into the process since this is the first "luxury" car I have purchased, but Dustin made the process very enjoyable. My wife and I did a test drive a few weeks prior to actually purchasing and Dustin spent t least 1.5 hours with us answering questions about the different models and trim packages, explaining all of the features of the C300 and then on the test drive itself. He followed up with an email the next day with a car that met our criteria, but never called or pressured us in any way. It was great, as I don't like to feel like I am being given the "hard sell". After test driving a couple of other brands, we cam back to Crown a few weeks after the test drive and Dustin helped us find the perfect car in inventory for us. The negotiation, financing, trade-in of my old car and delivery was all easy and efficient. When I picked up my car the next day, it was beautifully detailed and waiting for me on the showroom floor. Dating spent about an hour (that's all the time I had or he would have spent more) helping me link my iPhone, set up radio presets, etc. He even emailed me a little later in the evening letting me know I had left our garage door opener in my old car and that he had it in his office for me. All in all, it was a great experience and I would recommend Dustin and Crown to anyone looking for a Mercedes. My wife is already asking when she can get an SUV from Crown! More
