Mr. Ruck took the time to discuss the vehicle with me answering all of my questions and allowing me to take a hassle free test drive. I am still amazed by the quality service; he was great. Mr. Ruck also followed up a few days later and checked in to see how things were going. I appreciate the high level of service provided by your dealership. When we are ready for our next car we will be back to see Mr. Ruck. I would also like to say that Mr. Mathew Frazier in finance explained things very well. When discussing long term maintenance and repairs he went into great detail for me to see the value in long term comprehensive warranty package, for which we did purchase. Honest and a Straight Shooter I happened across a used vehicle on-line that was listed by Crown. The dealership is about 200 miles from where I live, but the deal looked like just I happened across a used vehicle on-line that was listed by Crown. The dealership is about 200 miles from where I live, but the deal looked like just what I was looking for. Before I drove over, I spoke with Doug Horner. Doug was honest with me over the phone, never pressured me, and actually apologized for letting me know that there were several appointments pending for the same car. Long story short, I put a deposit on the car over the phone (site unseen) and drove the three hours based on his description of the car. When I arrived the car truly exceeded my expectations. Doug made the sales process easy and as short as possible. He was very professional and seemed to have my interest in mind as we closed the deal. I would absolutely buy again from Doug and Crown.
