A+ service, seamless transaction. I was in the market for a new sedan after selling my Range Rover and was very close to purchasing a BMW 5 series. I'm glad I came in that night; Not only did Maurice help educate me in what Mercedes has to offer, he made me feel right at home during the entire purchase. He made what could have been a difficult situation with my prior lease with Lexus easier to deal with so an informed decision could be made. Needless to say in the end I am driving the car I want and because of the excellent service will be a customer of Crown Eurocars of Dublin for many years to come. I have become extremely spoiled with her attention to detail, exceptional customer service, vehicle expertise, and overall approach to making the buying experience seamless. Above and beyond describes the approach Melisa takes to her service and delivery - and it doesn't stop after the sale - she continues to follow up on service and satisfaction with the vehicle throughout ownership.
