Amazing Experience w/Melisa Greenberg I have purchased my 5th Mercedes-Benz, and I have to say this has been my best experience yet! I have relocated to Cincinnati, and I feared I would ha I have purchased my 5th Mercedes-Benz, and I have to say this has been my best experience yet! Melisa took the extra time to video conference with me (Facetime) so that I could see the vehicle, view option lists, and most importantly help me feel confident with my decision to purchase. Great Customer Service I am not from the area and as of recent needed a car as soon as possible. I called Dublin to find out current models and pricing; Konstantin picked u I am not from the area and as of recent needed a car as soon as possible. I called Dublin to find out current models and pricing; Konstantin picked up the phone and meticulously sought the pricing and the needs and wants for a new Mercedes that I was hoping to purchase. If you do not know this, dealer representatives do not like to speak or quote over the phone; they want you face to face in order to make the sale. Konstantin was helpful and educated me over the phone to understand my future purchase. I ended up not going with Crown Eurocars due to location; but I did end up with a new Mercedes. The Most Outstanding Service Ever This was the first car that I purchased for myself. Although I had my heart set on a new 2015 vehicle from another dealership my mother recommended th This was the first car that I purchased for myself. Although I had my heart set on a new 2015 vehicle from another dealership my mother recommended that I at least consider Crown Mercedes-Benz as my uncle and step-father have always been pleased with their cars and the service they've received over the years. However, at 23 years of age, I didn't expect the exceptional service I received from my Sales Consultant, Konstantin. I had several questions, and he answered each with confidence and professionalism. He was well versed on the car I was interested in and shared more about Mercedes-Benz as a company. He worked hard to make sure that I was pleased with not only the vehicle but the details of the sale and his timely service. Konstantin went above my expectations, which is what sold me on my first car, a Mercedes Benz. I knew regardless of what I wanted, the difficult part would be getting past Mom and surprisingly he did, quite easily. She demands professionalism, honesty and confidence when selling a product. When I left the lot, my first thought was, I will only do business with Crown Mercedes-Benz! Thank you Konstantin for an exceptional first experience for such an impressive car. Exceptional service began with the coffee, right down to the details of the warranty and ended with Konstantin showing me the car wash where I will bring my Mercedes GLK. Well done! What great customer service looks like I had been thinking about getting a new car and when I walked into Crown Euro it was easy to determine that this dealership was the place to do just t I had been thinking about getting a new car and when I walked into Crown Euro it was easy to determine that this dealership was the place to do just that. Mark Kennedy had much to do with my decision. He was friendly and provided excellent customer service while I was determining which car to purchase. He was very informative as was his management throughout the entire process. They made the transaction smooth which if you have ever bought a car you know that it can be one of the worst experiences especially with an inept salesman. In the end, I was so pleased that I told my friends about the dealership and 2 more cars were driven off of the lot. If that's not a stamp if approval then I don't what is. Enough said. More
