Laid Back and Great Customer Experience I just finished buying my second Mercedes Benz from Crown and third overall and this experience was even better than the first one at Crown. Out of c I just finished buying my second Mercedes Benz from Crown and third overall and this experience was even better than the first one at Crown. Out of curiosity I was casually looking at an E class but wasn't really looking to buy. I thought the car was very sharp but I was very happy with my Lexus. Shortly after looking at a few cars CJ Sexton assisted me and was focused on what I was looking for. After telling him I was only looking and was happy with my Lexus I figured he would have moved on, but instead asked what I liked about the Lexus and showed me the comparable or superior features of the E class. The entire experience was laid back and conversational without any pressure to buy at all. CJ then suggested a test drive but I couldn't at the time so he said he'd look for the "perfect E class " for me based on our conversation of options and would get back to me. The next day he found the perfect car for me and after driving it I didn't need much convincing. While the Lexus was very nice, the premium finishings, design, lighting package and luxury yet sporty ride of the E Class were far superior. CJ's manager Ralph and the New Car Manager John were more than helpful in getting me a great deal to ensure I left with an E class and not my Lexus. Wayne from finance was quick, informative, and very professional and even thanked me for my repeat business. While I never intended to purchase an E class, I've been driving it for three days and couldn't be happier. The upgraded interior finishes and ride was well worth it. The ambient lighting on the interior is more than classy! I'd highly recommend CJ and the team of Ralph and John if you're looking for great service and a great car specifically for you. More
