We are highly impressed with the service staff at Crown Eurocars of Dublin. Melisa stills calls to check how our vehicle is driving and offers to be of assistance if we have any concerns or questions. She is honest, transparent, and fully dedicated to her clients. Melisa's follow through is impeccable. She spent her entire day with us the day we purchased our Mercedes and even catered to our seven and 10-year-old children to ensure they had a good experience as well. She was very knowledgeable about all of the features of the car and gave us a full tutorial to help us get acquainted with it. We are still excited about our new car and we absolutely love working with Melisa!! She bought a Carl Benz picture book for my son for Christmas and he wants us to read it to him every night! We will definitely use Melisa again for our next Mercedes purchase! More

Doug Horner was great to deal with in both instances, very consistent and professional. Both experiences were easy from start to finish, a nice surprise. We did not feel pressured which was our experience at another local dealership. Doug was fun to deal with. The service warranty program has been reliable also. If you call ahead they will usually set you up with a loaner. The free cash wash is amazing, as we live close and use it all the time. We will be back. More

We decided on this vehicle due to its superior ca After much research my wife and I decided on replacing her Land Rover LR4 with a Mercedes GL series. We decided on this vehicle due to its superior cargo capacity, option availability and build quality We were particularly impressed with the interior appointments and safety features. I have actually purchased more than 150 vehicles and counting during my lifetime and this past year have purchased 5 vehicles in total. This is our second purchase from Crown Mercedes, with the first being a 2015 Mercedes E63S Wagon. Of interest is the fact that Crown is located in Ohio and we are Illinois residents. The reason for that is the superior service our salesperson, Dustin Holland has provided. Dustin is likely the most conscientious salesperson I have dealt with in the past 35 years of vehicle purchases. Every aspect of the purchase experience that Dustin provided was best in class. As an example of my confidence in Dustin I have since referred Dustin to a colleague who has just recently competed the purchase of a new 2016 S550, and he is also from Illinois. To sum it up, Dustin and Crown are providing the kind of sales experience that we strive for in our 9000 EE company. Well Done to you both and I expect I will be a repeat customer for many years! He went above and beyond to get my car serviced at crown today after a poor experience at another dealership. CJ always treats me like family even though we've only met a handful of times. If this is what you're looking for from a salesman, then contact CJ when you're searching for a car. He will take care of you and treat you right. Also pleased with service manager Shen. He worked my car in and got needed service done when he was under no obligation to do so. Well done guys. More
