I got Andrew again. I traded my 2017 soul for a brand new 2020 kia soul. they paid the blue book value and rolled over the few dollars left over into the 2020 kia soul and got my monthly payments a little lower than what i was paying for my 2017 kia soul. Pretty xxxx good. How often does that happen?! first time for me. Andrew is awesome and the whole kia organization is great and very service minded. Nice going. And the 2020 soul is much better, feels better and faster than the 2017 soul. Thank you. More

Chris was very helpful and friendly, I was looking for a 2015 (or newer) Kia Soul. I needed one with power seats, so my options were limited. He suggested I check out a 2014 Kia Soul !, which Crown Kia had 2015 (or newer) Kia Soul. I needed one with power seats, so my options were limited. He suggested I check out a 2014 Kia Soul !, which Crown Kia had on their lot. It only had 34k miles. Somehow Chris knew I also “needed” one with a little extra sass, as the car he suggested was Solar Yellow:-) I looked elsewhere for options, but Chris’s suggestion turned out to be the best fit. Chris was very responsive when answering all my questions, without being pushy. If you’re looking for a new/used vehicle at Crown Kia or Crown Mitzubishi Ask for Chris. He’s a great guy, who seems to genuinely like and respect his employers, the Crown family. More
