I had been trying to get a Kia Telluride for some time, but they were very hard to find in the color I wanted(Wolf Gray). I started working with Mike Shutts at Crown Kia. I told him what I was looking for but they were very hard to find in the color I wanted(Wolf Gray). I started working with Mike Shutts at Crown Kia. I told him what I was looking for and he took the ball and ran with it. He let me know every time a Telluride hit their lot. I passed on several waiting for the one I really wanted. Finally after several weeks the one I wanted came in. Mike let me know the minute the truck delivered it to the lot. I was able to make it in and purchase it before it was swept up by another buyer. I appreciate Mike keeping me fully in the loop and helping me get the vehicle I truly wanted. Thanks Mike!! You are the man!! More
