Crown Kia St Petersburg

I came into Crown Kia yesterday with the lowest of low expectations of what I was going to drive away with. A 2011 with 150k+ miles on it that was giving me problems that I was heavily upside down on. Ale expectations of what I was going to drive away with. Alex, Danny and the whole finance team worked tirelessly for EIGHT HOURS to get me into a car I loved and at a price I loved even more. I even had to leave at one point (not expecting to be there as long as I was) to go to my bridal fitting. The guys at Crown Kia even sent me off in a loaner car until I could get back from my fitting to finish the buying process. Obviously stressed, the finance department (and I’m so sorry but I didn’t get his name but he was amazing AND hysterical) asked me to wait just five more minutes. He came out to me and was able to knock off an additional $50 a month, bring my interest rate down 5% and get me even more in terms of warranties. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience from the guys here at Crown Kia. I felt like part of the team after being there the whole day. I walked out with a brand spanking new 2022 Kia Soul! So to Alex, Danny, the phenomenal man in finance who handled my car buying experience, and the ENTIRE TEAM…BRAVO!!!! I’ve been a crown customer for years and you just guaranteed me in for at least another 7 😉 More

Service was prompt and completed in less than two hours; even received a complementary car wash. Tracey took the time to answer any questions I had while handing me the paper work and walking me to my car. Every person I have dealt with at Crown Kia has been exceptional. Devin Devine, my sales person. Devin went above and beyond in the midst of the pandemic to handle all the details; meeting outside on my balcony. Michael Stephenson, my first service person, who eased my nervousness during my first solo visit to a auto service dept. I thank them all. More
