Hi Vinny, Your response is exactly why I gave 3 stars for I have purchased 2 vehicles from your dealership in the last 7 years and another vehicle from your other Crown dealer across the street and have spent thousands of dollars in service between the two locations and yet you can’t find any record of me. And earlier this year I tried to purchase a 2nd Kia and the efforts to get me what I needed and wanted fell short and I had to go elsewhere. Thank you
