Sheer Vieira was very pleasant and helpful. Besides the oil change, which I was told would take 1.5 hours, I was informed that I needed two more filters and the plate lights changed. This took an additio oil change, which I was told would take 1.5 hours, I was informed that I needed two more filters and the plate lights changed. This took an additional two hours which I think is excessive. other than that, it was great. More

Everyone at Crown Kia was wonderful to work with. I was not happy that my car died and had to be replaced. The timing was just all wrong. Chris Napier, Chris Jensen and Danny Smith all worked together in putting me in the car I really wanted. I came in April 2021 I walked away with a 2021 Kia Soul GT and although it’s a great vehicle it together in putting me in the car I really wanted. I came in April 2021 I walked away with a 2021 Kia Soul GT and although it’s a great vehicle it just didn’t meet my needs. After 8 months I decided to go take a peak and see what they could do, since used cars are a hot item right now, why not.? Well I’m so glad I did. I not only got top dollar for the Soul but I came home with the vehicle I really wanted in the beginning. You guys rock. I know personally this is the only place I will do my shopping.
