Today there are no bad vehicles, so what a car costs, residual value, warranty, cost of ownership are all factors that an informed consumer takes into consideration when a final decision is made. This always turns into a tedious job when working with a dealer's parts department to identify and track down all of the parts needed to put the car back together. Sometimes it's difficult to tell from the parts diagrams which part is which. Sam was extremely helpful and patient in working through my parts list and making sure I got the right parts to finish the job. More
