Purchase of spare tire kit and installation I ordered the spare tire kit without a problem and Shawn called me when it arrived and connected me with Matt to arrange its installation. He made sure that the car was clean and full of gas before leaving the lot. He explained everything to us in the car with us. He even synced my phone to the car. He took us down to Service Department to schedule our first schedule maintenance appointment. Dan took time to follow up and called us after we bought the car to make sure we were happy with it.
