I was not the friendliest or happiest person as I was buying the "responsible" car my husband loved and was more so for my family and not the car I really wanted, but he put up with me and did his best. I was highly impressed by him, service department and the sales manager. My only complaint would be that management dropped the ball in the finance department. Apparently 1 guy was out of town, leaving only 1 finance officer to help everyone. Our wait for him was absurd, and management should have not let this happen. Their sales were limited that day due to the length you had to wait. For us we got there at 9am (knowing which car we were purchasing) and didn't leave until 1:30. Given that Crown owns at least 5 dealerships within a block vicinity, I don't see any excuse for not having the personnel to handle sales on a Saturday, that's money lost for the company. But besides that, I would highly recommend Crown Mitsubishi to anyone for their amazing sales and service team. Remember to ask for Chris Jensen. After all the salesmen I talked to looking for cars, Chris was the ONLY one who was nice, polite, funny, not pushy, and most importantly, held to his word. Is trustworthy.
