I have purchased 4 brand new cars (totaling over $100,000 ) from Crown Mitsu since 2003 (this doesn't include $$$ I spend for maintenance services). I go to Crown mot because of the sales experience (although it was great), not because the dealership is the only one to carry the cars I wanted, but it's due to Sherry Vieira. All maintenance services for my cars are done thru Crown Mitsu. This is because I choose to only deal with Sherry Vieira. Her customer service skills and knowledge is TOP NOTCH. She adds a personal touch to the experience. Sherry Vieira is the reason I keep coming back to Crown Mitsu to not only purchase cars but to get all my cars serviced. I would rather spend more money getting my cars serviced at Crown Mitsu with Sherry Vieira then go down the road to a quick lube or some other auto service place. I know that when I get my car serviced at Crown Mitsu I'm getting OEM quality parts, quality service (done right by Mitsu trained techs), and getting the best high quality level of service!
