The Value of Integrity I value good service. I value quality work at a reasonable price. But more than anything else, when it comes to vehicle maintenance from a dealer, I I value good service. I value quality work at a reasonable price. But more than anything else, when it comes to vehicle maintenance from a dealer, I value integrity. I am a former Motor Sergeant for the U.S. Army and absolutely abhor it when a service technician tries to deceive me to add the to the total of my bill. It could be replacing a part that does not need replacing; breaking a part and claiming they found it that way and want to charge me to replace it (including the labor it took to break and replace it) or even taking some of my personal items from my vehicle. It is also nice to know that the dealership has actual mechanics and not just parts replacers. Don't laugh, each of these has been tried against me in the past. So when a dealer service tech is up front with me and gives me the straight story of my car's condition, I greatly appreciate it. I appreciate the work done on my vehicle (2014 Kia Cadenza) and the speed of the service. The price was a little high, but I have grown to accept that from dealerships since the service department is not the primary profit maker for them.
