The Value of Integrity I value good service. I value quality work at a reasonable price. But more than anything else, when it comes to vehicle maintenance from a dealer, I I value good service. I value quality work at a reasonable price. But more than anything else, when it comes to vehicle maintenance from a dealer, I value integrity. I am a former Motor Sergeant for the U.S. Army and absolutely abhor it when a service technician tries to deceive me to add the to the total of my bill. It could be replacing a part that does not need replacing; breaking a part and claiming they found it that way and want to charge me to replace it (including the labor it took to break and replace it) or even taking some of my personal items from my vehicle. It is also nice to know that the dealership has actual mechanics and not just parts replacers. Don't laugh, each of these has been tried against me in the past. So when a dealer service tech is up front with me and gives me the straight story of my car's condition, I greatly appreciate it. I appreciate the work done on my vehicle (2014 Kia Cadenza) and the speed of the service. The price was a little high, but I have grown to accept that from dealerships since the service department is not the primary profit maker for them. An Awesome Experience!!! We did not go back to the Lockey dealer to buy our new car-the Kia Soul- as their customer service department is extremely rude. I've been talked rudely to 3 out of 5 visits-we have a lifetime oil change with them. The Lockey KIA team in Clearwater should take some lessons in customer service from John. While buying a new Soul for myself, my husband and I talked to John Katechis about my husband's 2007 KIA. The price quoted was extremely reasonable and John even beat the timeline quoted. Our experience with John has now made Crown Kia our place to come to for any repairs on our Sportage. Buying my new SOUL, the salesperson Jon Longley was very knowledgeable about the SOUL. Eric helped get us a great finance rate, and Sasan walked us through the warrenty aspects and all the paperwork. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience!
