More than i can say in words. Breathtakingly smooth. I was in the market for a newer vehicle. I was pre-approved for financing and ready to shop. While online i used the navigator and located this vehicl I was in the market for a newer vehicle. I was pre-approved for financing and ready to shop. While online i used the navigator and located this vehicle. So decided to check it out. I was assisted by Christopher Lewis ( A young professional that i feel has a bright future ahead of himself if he keeps up at it, he was very personable and i applaud this young man. He made it an easy experience. Throughout the process there was no haggling or attacks from salesman and the various tactics we are all used to. There was a very pleasant atmosphere in the building, it seemed to be all business but fun at the same time. There were very small bumps in the road, but ultimately i received the car i wanted and for a decent price out the door. They were very patient. I want to thank Mr. Dave Hampson ( i believe that's his name, He works at the center station), He provided excellent customer service and ensured i was able to get out, although a few minutes later than i had hoped, to pick up my daughter from school, he was very pleasant and seems to want to make sure that every customer was helped and to the fullest extent of his ability. Mr. Sasan Sahili was epic at his financing mastery, he gave me more than i expected from such a reputable dealer, he ensured i knew everything upfront, didn't hold any punches and made sure i was happy and satisfied. These 3 gentlemen know what it takes to make a customer feel wanted, happy, and satisfied. Poor follow up with customer questions after the sale I was impressed with the salesman, Jackson, during the process of buying my new 2017 Sportage and getting me a fair deal. What disappointed me, as som I was impressed with the salesman, Jackson, during the process of buying my new 2017 Sportage and getting me a fair deal. What disappointed me, as someone that has purchased many new vehicles over the years from numerous area dealerships, was his lack of follow up support with the promised product after the sale. When questioned why the Apple CarPlay was not working at time of sale, I was promised a fix that never materialized. A simple response that indicated that it wasn't available as of yet, even though numerous TV ads say available on all 2017 Sportages, would have been timely and appropriate. My first vehicle from Crown may me my last. More

My second Kia from Crown We dealt with Justin Erickson and he was very personable. He new all about the car and was excited to do business with us. Can't beat the service!!!!! Mathew Maynard is probably the best service manager we have ever come across since moving to Florida 10 years ago. He took care of my wife as soon as she brought her car in. He explained everything that was repaired on her car. He made her feel like a valued customer and not a number.. Service people like Mathew are very hard to find. Crown Kia is very lucky to have this type of person not only working for them but also representing them. 5 star because that is the most we can pick!!!! More

Wish I could give a lower rating There is a reason we have a saying "too good to be true" and these are the type of people that make me think of it. We saw a car online and thought it looked good and called to see about it. The woman kept trying to sway our focus and eventually lead us to believe that they had the car we wanted at the price we wanted. We drove all the way from Tampa because they told us that they had it. Get there and my disabled father is made to climb up very steep stairs (instead of them coming out and showing us the car they supposedly had) and immediately start trying to steer us in a more expensive route and keep trying to get us to finance despite us saying MULTIPLE TIMES that we didn't want to do that. They were very pushy and gave my father and myself a very bad vibe. We saw it for the bait and switch that it was and got out of there. Also the man to help us was very sloppy and came off as unprofessional. We will never return because now we know them for the liars they are. No thank you. More
