I don't recommend this place to have any service or repairs done if you are unfortunate enough to own a KIA product. With so much negative news and reviews on a lot of their products you would think th repairs done if you are unfortunate enough to own a KIA product. With so much negative news and reviews on a lot of their products you would think that they would excel in the one area that is, for the most part, cost free, and that's their Customer Service. I have a 2016 Kia Sorento that to this point has been keeping my faith in the company, I am the second owner of the vehicle, but it was like new when I bought it, with very low miles. Like most Kia products, some of the common issues, most owners have reported online, stared happening to my vehicle, most noticeably, paint chipping, the sunroof failing to close, the keyless entry button failing, and finally, the gear shift stuck in park. With my previous (Negative) experiences going to the Service Center at 5301 34th, in St. Pete, I was dreading having go back, but I was optimistic about the new dealership in Pinellas Park. Everything started of great, they were able to get me in a couple days after calling for an appointment. Wednesday morning, I got there well before the appointment, and was ushered into the Service office. Things were looking up! Then, my optimism was quickly checked by the service consultant, John. First, he informed me that for all the things that were "known recalls" of the 2016 Kia Sorento, based on my VIN#, they were only showing a recall for the Trailer Hitch. A Trailer Hitch I don't have!! I reiterated the recalls that they (KIA) presently have posted for the 2016 KIA SORENTO, the identical issues affecting my 2016 KIA SORENTO. However, based my VIN, the recalls don't apply. I know, it doesn't make sense to me either. OK! A big inconvenience, but let's move forward. John said they could get it into service for a diagnostic check. It would take a couple days. I thought the same thing, "he's kidding, a couple days for a diagnostic check?" Just to be sure, I said, "So it'll be done by Friday then?" his response, "Yea, maybe!". I get it, under-promise, then overdeliver, I use that tactic all the time... Here're the keys! Skip to Saturday evening, around 4pm, I am without a vehicle, or an update, for now four days. I called to find out if I can come pick-up my vehicle, and was told my Service Consultant, John, is on vacation. That part didn't bother me much. What was upsetting was, because John was my consultant, and he was on vacation, absolutely nothing was done, no diagnostics, no service, nothing in the past four days! In a way I was relieved they did nothing. If they mis-manage their customers this badly, I have little faith any services provided would be better. I immediately went to get my vehicle. While I was waiting, as they shuffled around looking for the service sleeve for my car, I couldn't help but to ask if this was their standards when a consultants is out on leave. They were quick to say John has only been there for 4 months and has already had previous disciplinary action taken for poor customer service. That was followed by their severe understaffing of mechanics that's cause the all the delays. Yea buddy, John and the mechanics, the problem! Not three guys sitting behind the desks in the service center on a Saturday evening with not one customer sitting in the waiting area and none of you have a phone in hand calling customers about why its taking xxxx near a week to get their vehicles back. To top it all off, their remedy to this whole situation, and bullet pointing of their complete lack of customer service, was telling me to try and make any appointment with their Service Center in Clearwater. The only thing new about KIA's service, is the façade on their new building. I am selling this xxx for whatever I can get for it! It's been real KIA! More

Can't say enough positive about Andrew turner at crown Kia. Unable to leave the house after surgery and our car died...Andrew helped me purchase and get delivered the exact car I wanted in just over 48 h Kia. Kia was moved to a new location and Mitsubishi was left behind in what appears like an abandoned used car lot, and inside didn't look any better either. I was called back to have my 3 ordered parts installed, but I didn't find out that one of my parts didn't even come in yet until I was checked out and leaving and tested the door locks myself and saw that they weren't fixed. I am also still waiting to hear back from Mitsubishi if they will cover the defective spoiler. More
