Rude Sales Aproach While I enjoyed working with the salesmen, Jim, the sales manager tried intimidation, insults, and bully tactics in an attempt to get me to buy a car. While I enjoyed working with the salesmen, Jim, the sales manager tried intimidation, insults, and bully tactics in an attempt to get me to buy a car. he will use phrases like "time to act", "time to quit talking", and my favorite "just sign the papers." Best Service Experience EVER !!! My extended warranty was nearing it's expiration, but I needed an oil leak fixed before I left on a long business trip.
