The sales consultant (Ryan) listened to what we had to say. We were looking for a (new or used) very fuel efficient car, or a hybrid or an electric car, within our price range. Ryan let us explain what we needed and did not try to direct us to a car that we did not want. We bought a used 2014 Toyota Prius c. The car was reasonably low priced for the number of miles on the car. The finance manager (Naveed) did not lie to us, to sell us about pricing of the extended warranties & packages. We bought some of the extended warranties because we are buying a used car. We are pleased with the experience with this dealership. More
