They helped me 3 years ago on a lease issue I had with another Kia dealer, so I thought I would give them my business in the servicing of my Kia Soul as well (even though it would be an hour drive from my house, and I would drive past another Kia dealership on the way). It was time for the 60K mile servicing, but I had a "laundry list" of things to check and Julian Bitar, my service consultant, was up for the tasks. He went through every item on my list and made sure the servicing was performed up to specs as well. He is very detail oriented and methodical. He did not gloss over anything. It really was refreshing to find someone who tells you exactly what was done instead of you driving out wondering if they even touched your car.
