I am very satisfied with my service from KIA I am from Canada, and I go to KIA every year for my oil change and service, before I go back home. This year I had a problem with my Battery, and had I am from Canada, and I go to KIA every year for my oil change and service, before I go back home. This year I had a problem with my Battery, and had to have it replaced. I called Kia and was told that I could not get an appointment until March, but as this was considered an emergency if I tool it in early they would work me in during the day. I took my vehicle in around 9 and Michael Stephenson got the paper work set up and the shuttle driver took me home. Later in the day they called and said it was ready and the shuttle driver picked me up and took me back to get my car. I am very pleased with the service that I received from this dealership, and I always have a nice clean vehicle when I leave to go home. I will continue to use this dealership for any problems or needs that I have when I am in St Petersburg. Thank you for taking such good care of me. More
