He was patient and understanding, with no attempts to talk her into a car that would not be comfortable or easy to get in and out of. Two weeks later he helped us find a first car for our nephew that was in nice condition and in our budget. More

Deb Dietrich rocks! I had a complicated situation - returning a leased vehicle for a friend stationed out of the country. Everyone I worked with, from the location manage I had a complicated situation - returning a leased vehicle for a friend stationed out of the country. Everyone I worked with, from the location managers to Kia Finance, was friendly and helpful as we sorted out payment options and power of attorney rights, but Deborah Dietrich kept things fun. It was a long process but I was well taken care of and Deborah even went above and beyond by driving me back home after I missed the free shuttle operating hours. Despite the delays when we were trying to figure out options or waiting to hear back from Finance, it was actually kind of fun. The whole team was working hard to make sure the transaction went as smoothly as possible. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Deb Dietrich, and plan to return soon to look at a vehicle for myself. More
