Andrew Turner made my lease of a 2023 Seltos a very rewarding experience. I met with him over a month ago when my KIA Forte lease was due to expire but did not have any Seltos available. Andrew made the entire experience so easy and totally problem free. He also took the time to familiarize me with all the new features of the new car. And kudos also to Naveed Kanchwala in finance for making the transfer and setting up my auto-pay account with my bank. I hope both of these wonderful gentlemen will be here when I get my fourth lease in three years. More

Michael Stephenson has been my service adviser at Crown Kia, St. Petersburg, FL for many years. Following, are the reasons I am giving him an "excellent" rating. Regardless of my appointment time, Michael always calls me when the service department opens to confirm that my car is in the queue and to go over my request for service. He reviews my service history and calls attention to any required services that are due and/or any recall notices, etc. that need to be addressed. He gives me an estimate of the services that will be performed and an estimated time frame for work completion. The first thing I always notice about Michael is, in addition to his attention to detail, professionalism, knowledge of KIA mechanical systems and service requirements, he always presents himself in a very friendly, courteous and helpful manner. If there are any changes in services required after inspection by the mechanic, Michael will immediately call and advise me of any changes to the original estimate as well as options if they see anything that needs to be noted and re-inspected at next service interval such as tires approaching wear limits. After work is completed, Michael always reviews my invoice and explains each charge before presenting to cashier. My car interior is always returned clean and, on most visits, I receive a complimentary car wash. Thank you, Michael, and thank you, Crown KIA, for providing excellent customer service. More
