Professional, knowledgeable and accommodating I've been bringing my 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander for around 11 years to the Crown Kia Mitsubishi Service Dept., and I have nothing but the absolute bes I've been bringing my 2006 Mitsubishi Outlander for around 11 years to the Crown Kia Mitsubishi Service Dept., and I have nothing but the absolute best to say about all the Service Advisors who work there. I recently had the good fortune of working with John Heil a couple of times, and it is such a pleasure working with him! He is very professional, amiable, knowledgeable and listens to and answers all my questions very patiently. Even when they are short-handed, and there are several customers waiting in line, John continues to be very courteous and attentive, and makes sure you are well taken care of. My overall experience at this Service Center for all these years, has always been excellent! I would never go anywhere else because the peace of mind I get from the high quality service, and customer service I receive here, is amazing. I would also like to commend Robert, one of the Master Technicians there, who is extremely knowledgeable and does a super job with my car every time I bring it in. And I would also like to say a huge thank you to Paul, who drives the shuttle, and has dropped me off at work and picked me back up so many times; he is amazing. Thank you all so much! More
