When Blake arrived, he was polite, respectful, and patient l because I wanted to check the car inside and out. Once the inspection of the car was done to my satisfaction, Blake went through each paper that needed to be signed and explained each page to us. Blake was extremely knowledgable when explaining each page and answered all my questions without hesitation. I told them which type of car I was looking at (hatchback) and they hit the nail on the head. With this virus going on, I was able to do most of the deal electronically. This was great to help promote social distancing and everyone was so adamite about keeping a safe distance and everything extremely clean. I have received so many compliments on my new car and tell them crown Kia is where I got it!! They take care of you like you are part of the family and make sure everything is perfect!!!
