Kristina has been a God sent! Like I just recently discharged a chapter 7 bankruptcy and after reaffirming my previous vehicle a month later it was TOTALED! Can not give a rating on these people they took advantage of my 84 yrs old legally blind Mom, the most cold hearted people Ive meet by far I don't know how they sleep at night. During the pandemic my Moms l of my 84 yrs old legally blind Mom, the most cold hearted people Ive meet by far I don't know how they sleep at night. During the pandemic my Moms license expired and she was needing to turn her lease in so they proceeded to lease her a another car knowing she does not have a valid driver license sign the papers were they had to place there finger on were to sign she was lied to and took her 3550.00 deposit and telling her to get a doctors note so she could get her license back and they would hold the deposit until they heard from her, well that didn't happen they put her check in the bank immediately and then started contacting her for a payment for a car sitting on there lot she never took delivery on it, we went to Crown Kia and they said there was nothing they could do it was in kia hands now so we tried Kia and they said without driver license a car should never been an option for purchase, and that it was the dealership that wont return her deposit, Kia tried to talk to Crown and so did consumer affair and Crown is refusing to accept the responsibility that they made a mistake and wont return my Moms Deposit. Z was the salesman that bold face lied to her, if i could go the opposite way on rating i would give them a -5 More
