Our buying experience at Crown Kia was awesome. Our sales person Alex Datsev was, wonderful, knowledgeable and respectful of our time. We'd visited several other dealerships in the Tampa Bay area and sales person Alex Datsev was, wonderful, knowledgeable and respectful of our time. We'd visited several other dealerships in the Tampa Bay area and were completely turned off by their attitude and lack of professionalism. We stopped in Crown Kia on a whim and walked out with a car purchased. Alex patiently attended us as we drove several different types of cars. He was able to answer all of our questions. We came in tired and disillusioned about buying a vehicle and walked out relieved and happy with our purchase. Thank you Alex! More

This is my second car buying experience at this location. All the staff are great & willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy. This was a stress free process & our salesman Juan Gorostiaga went All the staff are great & willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy. This was a stress free process & our salesman Juan Gorostiaga went above & beyond in assisting myself & my boyfriend in both buying new cars. He listened to our wants & needs & did not steer from them. He made sure we were completely happy with our choices & really made the experience about us. I wasn’t expecting to buy a new car that day, but because the process with my boyfriend went so smoothly I decided to explore my options. Seeing as I didn’t even have my car with me at the dealership I thought I wouldn’t get much done that day, but Juan went the extra mile in completing the process anyways & later that afternoon drove my new car to my residence. We exchanged the keys & he drove my old car back to the dealership, no issues, no stress, & all with a smile. Naveed Kanchwala (who also helped me with my first car 2 years ago) in the financing department answered all my questions, was patient, & took the time to put a personal touch on ensuring I was making all the right decisions financially in purchasing my car. The entire Crown Kia staff has yet to disappoint, however Kristina went above and beyond! Although this is my first experience at Crown Kia, this is the 3rd new vehicle I have financed in my lifetime. This experience was by far the best! Kristina had exactly what I wanted ready and waiting— down to the interior color of the vehicle! Kristina went as far as to deliver my new car to my home that same evening after the diamond clear coat was applied so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership. I highly recommend her for your next car buying experience! Weil from finance, helped me get my new car financed in an extremely timely manner, worked with me on the down payment t, worked with me on the trade in value of my car, and made it incredibly easy.
