Lance Dokes has been the best salesman I have ever interacted with. He was professional, polite and caring. He was not pushy nor did he make me feel rushed or stupid for asking a bunch of questions. I ultimately decided to hold off on a big ticket item purchase (I live out of state now) but if I ever return to the area, he would be the only person I’d be willing to work with to purchase a car. He truly cares about his customers and he carefully crafted the experience in a way that made me feel important and not that he was trying to meet a quota (which I’ve dealt with many times with other salespersons at other dealerships). 10/10, best salesperson ever. More
