Jeffry Pegero was engaging from the minute we met him. So far my experience with Crown Kia has met my highest expectations especially this time when I needed to bring my 2020 Kia Soul in for a recall and they got me in ahead of the tropical storm/hurricane El expectations especially this time when I needed to bring my 2020 Kia Soul in for a recall and they got me in ahead of the tropical storm/hurricane Elsa. It relieved my anxiety knowing the recall issue would be fixed should I have to evacuate and drive a distance. A great big thank you to Tracy Haas and everyone at Crown Kia. More

After purchasing car and showing them insurance on car they REFUSED to give us. Dealer Tag so we could drive it. We had to drive current car with plate we were transferred to Tampa to deliver it to relat they REFUSED to give us. Dealer Tag so we could drive it. We had to drive current car with plate we were transferred to Tampa to deliver it to relative that had purchased it. Took 2 days-3 hours arguing each day with both salesman and manager before they finally have us the plate . They said it was Florida law, But I checked Florida law and it said a dealer can give you a plate for 30 days to drive your car. Also told him several times in the midst of arguing that I was going to post this on the Internet More

Mike Shutts was a great salesman I wasn't sure if I was going to buy and the first car I looked at just wasn't up to my standards(basic). After I told him a little about my personality he came back with th going to buy and the first car I looked at just wasn't up to my standards(basic). After I told him a little about my personality he came back with the g.t. all-black interior and clean white on the outside we went for a test drive and any question I had he answered. I fell in love with my new Kia. He didn't try to sell me something I couldn't afford it something that wouldn't work for me. (like the stinger and my lead foot.) Overall the finance process and his expertise were all it took. I was In and out I. a timely matter and I'm so happy. I will be referring all my family and friends here. Thanks Mike More
