I have owned Kia's for 12 years and have been coming to this same dealership for service since 1998. They have always been knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My experience at this location is always exceptional! Sherry Viera is very knowlegable, treats customers kindly, and just does a great job. I've brought my Eclipse in a couple of times thinking something was wrong and thier wasn't. That kind of service and honesty is unheard of these days, anywhere else I'm sure there would be a huge expense for something I didn't need! The mechanic that works on my car, Robert, is also a great asset. He is very thorough and meticulious about his work. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Oh, and did I mention the fact that I feel so comfortable going to this dealership that I drive from Tampa. For these reasons, I think this is by far the best Mitsubishi Dealership. More

I had scheduled a routine oil change. No wait time to get checked in. Dealer had me in and out in an hour(which was the anticipated wait time)and checked for any recalls that might apply. This was my first visit to Crown Kia to have my new 2011 Kia Sorento get a check-up and oil change. Since I have not owned a new car in 40 years I haven't had dealings with manufactures service departments Kia Sorento get a check-up and oil change. I purchased my sorento at a different dealer some miles away so I went online and found Crown Kia to be the nearest dealer. I also used their online service scheduler and made my first appointment. The process was user friendly and I received a follow-up phone call to see if I had any questions. When I arrived at the service desk I was greeted by Mr. Bartalis and he explained how the process worked. With in minutes he had the paper work completed and went to my car and prepared it for the mechanics by placing paper floormats and a seat cover on the seat. He showed me the lounge area and the parts department. This is where I met Mr. Constantine who explained some of the accessories I was interested in had not been shipped due to the newness of my car. I did purchase a set of floormats. Again the process was quick and professionally handled. My first encounter with Crown Kia was very favorable. More

I went to Crown Service to get a window closing issue repaired...what i was totally delighted with was how great Alan was to work with and my total glee when he told me my problem was under warranty. This was a truly great experience. I have puschased several cars in the past and Jason was by far the best person I have ever delt with. He went out of his way to make my wife and I happy. We did some research and after comparing several other similar class cars, we decided to test drive the various Forte models to narrow down the field and choices. Tom Frawley was our main sales contact at Crown. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and accurate about the Kia products. He was extremely professional and courteous. Tom made the process relaxed and comfortable while answering all of our questions and understanding our concerns and needs. We drove a number of vehicles which built our confidence in our final selection. Our 17 year old daughter noted that Tom was very well spoken.
